Talk and Prayer

Last Sunday Logan gave his first prayer in Primary. He did great. He did it all by himself and said most of the things I told him to that morning. :) Of course I couldn't take a recording of that, so you will just have to take my word for it.

Brayden gave his first talk the same week. He did amazing!! We worked on it for only three days, and he had most of it memorized. He got a bit nervous so he kept looking back at me (kneeling behind him), but he was great. So I finally recorded it today, a week later. Here it is. Of course he wasn't as figgity when he did it in primary, nor did he pick his nose. hehe

Happy Birthday Dad!

Today is Dad's Birthday, so I am missing him more today. He was such a wonderful man and a great example to his family. I love and appreciate him more and more as my kids grow. I wish he was here to see them. It is hard to believe he has been gone for 3 years. Love ya Dad.

During Christmas my whole family had a photo shoot with Amy Hill. She is in Phoenix and she is great. We have waited and waited and finally we got the CD. They are great. 6 Months

Addison is 6 months old. Can you believe it?? I can't! It is amazing. She is getting so big and still so beautiful! I can't imagine our family without her. I still look at her and just can't believe she is here. Love her to death. I love to dress her up. She will be a girly girl! Today after her nap, I went into her room to get her and she was saying, "mamamamamamamama" I will take that as her first word. hehe She is rolling around, but still gets stuck on her stomach at times. She has found her screaming voice. Here are some pics of her.

I gave her her first bite of oatmeal cereal a couple weeks ago. She wasn't to sure about it. Didn't quit get the swallowing thing down. I will try again later.

She loves her brothers. And thankfully they love her too. They always want to kiss her and love on her. Logan is the best at getting her to laugh and smile. I love my kids. Don't know what I would do without them. So grateful to Heavenly Father for blessing me with such great kids.

5K

So I ran my first 5K yesterday. Now I use the word "ran" very lightly. ;) I jogged most and walked some. But not bad for the first time. I did it in 37 minutes. And I wasn't last!! :) And again, I put Micah in charge of taking pics and this is it!! hehe And a video you can see below of me and Anadine sprinting to the finish line. Anadine has been great. I asked her to help me train and run a half marathon. That is my ultimate goal. I hope my body can make it. Don't know what I was thinking. I always wanted to be a runner. So we are starting out slow. I will keep you all posted.

Birthday and stuff

I figured I better get a post up about the boys' birthday before Christmas comes. ;) I can't believe they are four!! The time has flown by. They are such wonderful boy, and great brothers to each other and to Addison. They are such great helpers. I love them so much.

The first pic is their birthday cake that I made for them.

After preschool we took the boys to Chuck e Cheese for the first time. That had a fun time. We were there for almost 3 hours. There friend Emmy and family came with us. I think the dads had more fun then the kids playing the games. ;)

At preschool I got to go and spotlight the boys. Everyone enjoyed seeing their baby pics and I also read them a Thomas the Train story.

This last week we made this gingerbread train with the boys. It was a kit of course. :) The boys decorated the train. They had fun licking the candy then putting it on the train.

Addison also turned 4 months last month. This is a pic of her Christmas present. Yes she already opened it. ;) Can you tell she likes it. hehe What a face!!!

She is growing so much. She rolls from her back to her stomach. Of course she hates being on her stomach but can't roll back. She smalls a lot and we can get her to laugh sometimes. She is beautiful. I just love my kids. I am so blessed to have them all. Here are a couple videos.

LegoLand

Here are a few pics from our trip to LegoLand. We had a blast. The boys loved the roller coaster.

They are in the last car. Micah took the boys on this ride 8 times in a row. They would have done more, but LegoLand closed. ;)

They loved these cars. The boys were able to drive them alone. It was fun to watch how some kids did really well, and some had no idea how to use the steering wheel and pedal.

This last Sunday, Micah blessed Addison. She looked beautiful. A friend of ours, Mazie Franklin, made her dress. She did a wonderful job. She also made the boy's blessing outfits, so that was special for us to have her make Addison's as well. I took a lot of pics of her in the dress, but I couldn't get one that did her justice. But hopefully you will see how beautiful Addison is in her blessing dress.

A Good Day

What is that I hear? ... Nothing!! Logan and Brayden started preschool today. Yeah for me, I mean them. :) It is just two days a week for 3 hours, but that is a blessing for me. I wasn't sure how I was going to fit in some me time with Micah being the Bishop and being gone. So this is an answer to my prayers. It will keep me sane. And it will be great for the boys. We got them new backpacks, which they wore around all day Saturday. I think they are going to have fun.Today is also Addison's one months B-day. Can you believe it, I can't. Time just keeps ticking by. Wow. Addison has been a great baby. She sleeps most of the time. Nights have been good. I don't feel too sleep deprived. Micah has been great and has helped with the 10:30pm feedings so I can get to bed a bit early. As of two weeks ago, she is back up to her birth weight of 9lbs 1oz. And she has grown an inch. She is beautiful and I just love her!!!

I am so glad and lucky that the boys love her also. Logan always wants to hold her and feed her and kiss her and touch her. Brayden gives her a kiss then runs and plays. Not as interested but still loves her.

I always see cute pics of kid's and baby's feet, so here is my sad attempt. ;)

It has been a week now since Addison came into the world. And to think I still would be prego if all still was going as planned. Well the Doc's plan anyway. I had plans of my own. hehe Not really. I woke up on the 21st with a lot of pain in my belly. After two hours of pain and throwing up I decided to call the doc. She said go in and get checked. I thought it was just gas and I would still be prego. When I got there, I was running a temp and that did it. We checked in at 9am and Addison was here at 9:53am. Of course Micah didn't think anything was going to happen so he didn't feel it was necessary to bring my hospital bag and the camera. So our first pic of Addison is on his phone. ;)

She is beautiful. She is a great baby. Sleeps a lot. The first words out of the doctors mouth were, "She is a chunky baby!" and she is. All the nurses said the same thing when they saw her. And remember she was 9 lbs at 37 wks. Can't imagine what she would have been if I had her on the 31st. hehe Of course I am already dressing her up. Well, when I feel up to it. ;)

We are both home and doing fine. I am sure there will be more pics to come. When I can move around a bit better. ;)

A picture of me at 33 weeks. It is a bit far away, but you take what you can get when your 3 year old is taking the picture. ;) Still getting bigger. I suppose that is a good thing. hehe 5.2 wks until the big day. Or maybe a bit sooner if I pray really hard.

Jana and Amanda gave me a baby shower last week. I had a great time. What more do you need then food, friends, and presents!! ;) Thanks so much to all those who helped and attended. I received some cute cloths and other items. Now it is starting to feel a bit more real that there is a baby girl coming. ;)

I apologize if these next pictures gross you out, but I am still trying to prove the point that I am huge!! ;) I will never give up. The top pic is of me prego with the boys at 34 wks. The bottom one is of me prego with Addison at 33wks. You be the judge. I just don't understand how one baby can make your belly just as big as two babies. But who knows. I guess that is just the way it is. I do have front shots of my bellies, but they are a little more disturbing and I didn't want anyone to vomit. ;)

And finally a couple pics of my beautiful boys. I have been bloging so much about me lately, I thought I would give them a little air time. They are getting so big and handsome. They are going to be great big brothers. Love Them!!!!

Bishop Who???

So for those of you who don't know or haven't heard.... Our ward got a new bishop this last week. 3 guesses who it is..(which you all should guess since I am blogging it :) Yes you are correct. Micah, I mean Bishop Robison. hehe I snicker every time I say that. This is a new and exciting opportunity for Micah, AKA Bishop, to learn and grow spiritually, as I learn and grown in patience. ;) I know he will do great as the new bishop. He is a wonderful man and I am excited for all to see just how great he is through his service. But please, pray for us. hehe

Oh did I have a day yesterday. Let me tell you about it. It started out well. My friend Marcie helped me hem Micah's scout pants and with that I was don't with my last YW project. Yippee I will be getting my YW Recognition Award (adult version ;) this Sunday. So I was happy. I put the boys down for a nap, also a high light of my day. hehe

As I was leaving there room, I thought if felt a bit warm. Oh it must just be me. So I layed down to read and yes it was warm. So I went to look at the termistat. 82 degress...... OH NO, something is wrong with my AC. This can't be happening. 7 mths prego, 100 degress outside, and no AC. I called Micah and went to check outside. It wasn't running so he said to check the circut box. It looked like it had tripped so he told me to turn it off then back on. (Notice I am blaming this on Micah hehe). As soon as I turned it back on, the phone went dead and my neighbor's AC stopped. No I didn't cause that right, wrong....

Our house and 4 of our neighboors houses lost power. How long you ask, 7 hours!!!!!!!!! Of course there was a bigger outage in Vail, so they took priority. So when they finally showed up at 9:30pm it took them all of 10 minutes to restore power. That is good you say, yes except our AC still didn't work. So we called the AC man. But at least I had a fan. ;)

He was not thrilled to come out at 10pm but he came. So at 11pm we had power and AC again. I was able to slept happily. But that is not all. Durning this time, my cell phone went dead, so I had no way to comunicate with anyone. Micah had a Stk YW meeting so he was gone from 7pm - 9pm. I broke down in tears twice. (hormones hehe) And when we got in the van to come home after eating at Carl's JR (and loitering for as long as we could in their AC) the car was having a hard time starting. Yes the battery was going dead.

So this morning I went and replaced the battery. So that was my day yesterday. But after all that, I survived. And I am even more greatful for my AC!!!!

July 31st is my scheduled C-section date. 9 weeks from yesterday. I think I can make it. hehe She is measuring a week and a half bigger but they wont change my due date. ugg. So of course I could go into labor early. That freaks me out!! We shall see. And we have decided on a name for this little girl. You all ready........

ADDISON KALAYE

Do you like it??? I do. Kalaye means princess in mauori (New-Zealand). Good luck pronouncing it. hehe We were told it is pronounced ka -lay. If that makes any since. Or just call and I can pronounce it to you over the phone. ;) We are getting excited. Almost done with the nursery. I will post when it is done.

San Diego

We had a wonderful trip to San Diego last week. We went to SeaWorld, a cruise of the bay, the beach, and swimming in the pool. The boys enjoyed Shamu and the other animals. They enjoyed the beach, until Brayden fell in the water, then he didn't like it anymore. ;) Here are some pics. Next time, I will take the pictures. Most of the pics are of the animals. GIRL!!!!!

We are so excited!! We had our ultrasound today and everything looks great. We saw her legs, toes, arms, fingers, face (which is a bit freaky in the ultrasound :). The first pic is of her profile and her hand (I think) and the second is of her profile and her knee. She was giving the tech a hard time because she was in a weird position. So now I get to get rid of all my boy cloths. Anyone need any?? hehe

Potty Training Take 2

Well, I am done. Thanks for all your suggestions. But I decided the boys will be in diapers until they potty train themselves. I am not kidding!!!!! Maybe when they get interested in girls they will decide it is time to pee in the toilet. It took me all of two hours to decide that I can't do it. I don't have the patience right now, and maybe never. Plus I don't think they are ready. They don't get it. At least that is what I tell myself. So, I will try again. So don't leave me any nasty comments. Maybe in a month or two or three or four...... ;)

The Vacation is Over

We had a great time on our vacation over the last three weeks. We took the train from Williams, AZ to the Grand Canyon. It was beautiful. All covered in snow and very cold. Then we went up to SLC to see the beautiful light of Temple Square. Then we traveled through the snow to CA and spend Christmas and New Years with family. Here are a bunch of pics. Don't feel like labeling them all, so if you want to know what they are, just ask. ;) And they are all in backwards order, so enjoy. hehe

I can't believe that my little babies are 3 years old. It seems like just yesterday that I brought them home from the hospital, scared to death. hehe Now they are 3 and getting into everything, and on top of everything. ;)

We had a party for them last Saturday. They had a few friends over for a train themed party. They played in their jump castle, place the number on Thomas, ate pizza, cake & ice cream. They had a lot of fun. Here are some pics of the party.

ZOO

Last Saturday we went to Reid park and zoo. I didn't realize that there was a huge duck pond just on the other side of the zoo. Since we got to the zoo before it opened we walked around the duck pond. The boys had a fun time running after the ducks and making them fly. I was a bit nervous they would fall in since there was no fence. But they did great. They also had lost of fun a the zoo. Here are a few pictures.

Vegas

A few weeks ago we took a trip to Las Vegas to see and hang out with most of Micah's family. His sister and bro-in-law were driving out from Iowa to watch the Iowa state VS UNLV football game. So we all went up to see them. We had a great time. We stopped at the hoover dam on our way out.

We stayed at the Stratoshpere. It was very nice. The boys did really good sleeping in a bed together. They accually slept in past 7am. That was really great. Of course we were never in bed before 10pm either. Micah & I and a few others went on the big shot. It is the ride at the top of the stratoshpere. Wow, it gets me everytime. So scary. But fun.

We also went on the rollar coaster at the New York New York hotel. That is a very fun one as well. We all just hung out and walked the strip. Enjoyed catching up. And on Saturday we all went to the football game. The boys did very well sitting there for 3 hours. They enjoyed playing with there cusins.
We had a great time seeing everyone. It had been a long time. Hopefully it wont be so long before we all get together again.

It's Over

Literally.. I finished the Twilight series. I must admit I am a bit sad. hehe I want more of the future story. I am glad it ended well. At least how I wanted it to end. Now I want to see the movie. But I am sure my husband will be glad to have me back. Not so preoccupied. Any other good books I should start reading???

I just want to say sorry to anyone who has tried to contact me this last week. Yes I have become the next victim of the Twilight series. Ugg... I thought, oh what is all the fuss about. So I decided to read Twilight to see. And I am hooked. My poor family, so neglected. hehe I guess I am just a sap for the romance. Now before you go make any comments, be very careful. I am only at the end of the 3rd book and I am rooting for Edward. I swear I will burn these books if they are not tegether at the end. K do you see how crazy I am right now. Wanting the vampire to win. hehe Of course the other option is a warewolf. What am I reading.... ;) So don't go giving anything away. I just need someone to tell me I am not crazy for being obsessed. I will let you know if I have any books to give back in a couple days. If it takes me that long.

Bounce Mania

While I was gone in CA last week, Micah went shopping. ;) We were chatting online and he told me that he bought the boys something for $100 dollars but would not tell me what. Oh the things that were going through my head. Never did the Bounce Mania appear in my thoughts. hehe So finally he texted me a pic. And if you notice, it is right in the middle of our living room. Made me snicker. hehe But I don't mind. The boys are enjoying it. Of course it only is up for about 30 min. That is as long as it keeps their attention. Then I get to deflate it and roll it up. Fun for me. ;) But it turns out that Grandpa liked it so much that he wanted it to be an early birthday present from him. So now I can blame the fun times on Grandpa. hehe

Apple Annie's Orchard

For Labor Day this year we decided to go to the Apple Orchard in Wilcox. We had all you can eat pancakes with apple cyder syrup. Yummy. Then we jumped on the tractor ride and picked some apples. The boys had fun waking in the orchard and picking apples. Grandpa came with us as well. Tonight we are going to make a home made apple pie. If I remember, I will take pics and blog it tomorrow. 11 Years and counting...

11 years ago today Micah and I were sealed together in the Oakland temple in California. It was a long day. hehe But a wonderful day.

Over the last 11 years we have lived in Idaho, Utah, and now in Arizona and California if you can count that one week we lived with my parents before going up to school in ID. ;) We, as any couple, have had our share of ups and downs but we are still plugging along happy to be together.
Micah and I have known each other for a very long time. Our first date was in second grade. Well, our teacher and another student was with us, but we like to call it our first date. ;) Don't believe me, here we are in second grade. We were so cute huh. hehe

Micah and I have done a lot together. We dated for a bit in high school then not again until he came home from his mission. But we were at each others baptisms, we walked together at High School graduation. And we have been friends for years. While Micah was on his mission and I was at Ricks College, we both did a lot of maturing. He got home from his mission in Feb, I got home from Ricks in May, we were engaged in June (well, I got the ring in July), we were married in August. Here is our engagement pics. Please no comments on how skinny we were. Ugg, the good old days. ;)
I would add a pic from our wedding, but I realized that I don't have any scanned in the computer. You know way back when I was married pictures were not digital, and we got them all on paper. ;) So maybe another time. When I have some other time. hehe

After 11 years I am still grateful for Micah. He is a wonderful man and a wonderful father. He has had so much patience with me as we have learned to grow together. He knows so much about the gospel and is always wanting more. He teaches me and hopefully I teach him a bit as well. He is a great example to me and our boys. I am grateful for Heavenly Father putting us together. I hope for many more years together. Now all I need to do is get him to buy me more flowers. hehe Love you deary!!

Olympics

I love the Olympics. I have been staying up way to late just to see all the good stuff. ;) Michael Phelps is awesome. Oh he had some great races this last week. I was jumping up and shouting at the tv a few times. Sad that swimming is over. But on to track and field. Not my favorite, but it is the Olympics, I have to watch. hehe We have only watched a couple races and my boys started getting into it. I took this video last night. Oh my boys are so cute. ;)

My Sweet Bray

Brayden is my little singer. He has such a sweet voice. He will start singing anywhere, during a prayer, during a color guard ceremony at a court of honor, during sacrament meeting, or just sitting at home. I love it. So I wanted to share a couple videos with you. The first Logan usually sings to, but didn't want to this time, so you will just hear Bray. Sorry it is so dark, but you can still hear him.

The second one is my favorite. This is Bray's favorite song, currently. ;) I hope you can hear Bray singing along with the mice. The first voice you will hear is the mouse, not Bray's. hehe He start a bit late. He is the one singing only some of the words. But I just love his sweet voice, it gives me warm fuzzies. I am behind them because as soon as he sees the camera, he stops singing.

Circus Time

Last week we went to the circus with our friends. The boys had such a great time. I was really surprised at how well they sat and watched the whole 2 hours. Big Boy Beds

Yippee!! The beds have arrived. I can't believe my babies are in big boy beds. It is hard to believe they are 2 1/2 years old. Boy, how time flies. The beds are beautiful. The blanket is to try and get the boys to sleep in longer in the morning. That doesn't work. And have you looked at how much a quilt or comforter is for a twin bed lately. Wow!! So we will wait until winter when they will need one. ;)

Now that we have two twin beds in the room, it has gotten a whole lot smaller. Can't even get into the closet without climbing on the bed first. Oh well, they look good. ;)

Lots of Stuff

Wow a lot has happened since my last blog. My home town almost burned down, Micah & I went to South Carolina, we bought the boys "big boy" beds, and sold the cribs. So grab a snack and a pillow, this will be a long blog. ;)
What shall we start with...

Well the fire in Paradise CA, my home town. See my sister's blog "The Dowds" to see some pics. There was an evacuation ordered for some of Paradise, my Sis-In-Law being one of them. The town was closed to everyone trying to get in, so my mom was trapped on the outside. But all seems well today. Everyone is back at home. All my family has there homes and the fire is 80% contained. But is was a bit scary for a time.

Next...

Micah won an award at work for being a great manager. His employees nominated him and he was one of 100 winners out of 400 nominations. Great Job Deary!!!! He is a great manager and employee. IBM doesn't know what they have. I am great full for having a husband who is such a hard worker, honest, and fair. He is great. Of course I wish I saw him more, but all is well. ;) Anyway, back to the trip. So for his award they flew us out to Charleston SC and treated us great. Better then great. I know now how the rich live. Well almost. hehe We stayed in a 5 star hotel. We were on the exec level so we had an open bar the whole day. Of course I only got water and lemonade. hehe But they also had food through out the day. These were the stairs going up to the lounge.
Our room was to the right of the stairs. There was turn down service at night. Each night there was a gift from IBM on our bed. They treated us to nice dinners. The second night the bussed us out to a plantation about 20 min from our hotel. It was by police escort. Yeah that is what I said. It was pretty awesome. One police car was in front of the 4 buses. One was in back and one would fly past us and stop traffic so we could all go through the red lights. Yes and all with lights and sirens going. We felt pretty special. But I now know that when I see a police escort, it is probably no one important. hehe Here are a couple pics of the plantation. It was beautiful.
We also went on a carriage ride and toured the USS Yorktown aircraft carrier and went to Fort Sumter. All was arranged by IBM so we just showed up and were told what to do. It was wonderful. Here are a couple other pics of Charleston.

There will be more pics to come at the end of the month. Needless to say, I fell in love with Charleston. The people were friendly, the old southern houses were beautiful and the trees were green. ;) So if I ever get a couple million dollars and can buy me a house in downtown Charleston I would move. Well an of course I would have to live through the humility. Oh it was hot and sticky. But still loved it. So if anyone has the chance to to, do it.

And Finally...

We bought the boys new beds. Of course they do not get delivered until Wed, so pics to come. But we bought new mattress and had to drive them across town strapped to the top of our van. Yes that is what I said. On the top of our van. I have become one of those people I laugh at as I drive by them. Here is a pic to prove it.
You notice it is dark. hehe I wouldn't do this in the day light. But we made it home with no problems. The next day I posted the cribs on Craigslist. They were sold with in an hour. hehe When they came to pick them up, I was not home, but Micah said that they boys just stood quietly as they took them apart and put them in the car. As soon as they drove away, Brayden started crying and said "my bed, my bed." Poor baby, he thought we sold his bed right out from under him. Well technically we did. hehe So now they are on there mattresses on the floor awaiting there new beds.

Well that is all the excitement in our home for now. I hope you stuck with this long blog and will make some wonderful comments. hehe

We Are Home

Well, we made it home 2am Wed morning. ugg. But we had a good time. Logan only managed to break 5 things at my mom's house. ;) It was nice to be there with family. There will be more pics to come, but for now here are a few of the train museum in Sacramento and a BBQ after Erik's (my brother) graduation.

The boys loved the train museum. Bray is especially into Thomas the train or as he calls it "choo choo". So he loved seeing the big trains.

We had a great time at the BBQ. It was fun having all the family together. Here are a couple pics of the boys and there watermelon. They loved the watermelon. ;)

And this one is of all the grand boys. It was a beautiful day for a picnic.

It Finally Happened

Well, it finally happened. Micah caved and we bought our first cell phones!!! Yes a cell phone. It is my first cell phone. It has been fun. And yes, I have already dropped it. hehe But all is well. I am getting the texting thing down. But I must say it takes me a very long time to write a short sentence I think it is still quicker to call. ;) I would include a pic, but haven't taken on yet. So maybe next time.

We are currently in CA visiting family. Maybe I will have some pics to share in the next couple weeks. So don't get bored of my blog. Keep coming back. And please leave comments. I love comments. ;)

Water Fun

April in AZ means it is time to pull out the pool. ;) Since it has been in the high 80's low 90's I decided to let the boys play. Here are a couple pics and a video. Just thought I would share my cute boys with all of you. hehe

This Video is what they were doing the whole time they were in the pool. Once Brayden actually took Logan down and sat on him while his face was under the water. I pulled Bray off really quick. needless to say, Logan didn't go back into the water for about 5 mins. hehe

Here is your much anticipated pic of the boys and your sprinkler gun.

But it will probably be the last time it is used. Most of the water came out the bottom where the hose was attached and in 20 min, it flooded half the yard. ;) So after the sprinkler they enjoyed playing in the flooded grass. But it was cute to watch.

I've Got Nothin

Well, I have been racking my brain with something funny or cleaver to write on my blog, and as you can see by the lack of writing, I've got nothing. hehe Nothing cute from the boys lately. I could tell you about out night last night. ugg. But I don't want anyone to call CPS on us. hehe Let me just say, Logan knows how to unlock his bedroom door and I hope our neighbors were not awake at 1:30am listening to him scream. Tough love, that is all is was. And Brayden slept well through the screaming. I wish I could. So I will try to come up with something good for next time. Maybe they will do something good tonight, like sleep. hehe

England Take Two

Ok lets try this again. Every time I start to blog the boys wake up, so let us keep our fingers crossed. So back to England. On Sunday, yes Sunday, we went to Stonehenge. That was really beautiful. It was out in the middle of the countryside with nothing around. It was very quiet and peaceful.

I am sure you would rather see just the stones, but you get Micah and I also. ;) This was just about 20 minutes from where we were staying in Winchester. We stayed in Winchester until Friday afternoon. Then we drove to London and stayed until Sunday. London was a big city. It was fun to be at some of the places you see on TV, like Buckingham Place. I must say it is smaller in person. hehe We went on a double decker bus tour around London. We went on the London Eye, which is a giant ferris wheel. Except you are enclosed in a bubble thing.
You can see all of London. It was amazing and a bit scary. Here is a pic of Big Ben from the London Eye.

So highlight of the trip (hehehe) was what we woke up to on Sunday morning, the day we were to fly home. And let me remind you that I was really ready to go home.

Yes that is SNOW!!!! So after we drove to the airport and waiting around for two hours, the canceled our flight. ugg... That was the time of my second (well maybe more) breakdown. But it all worked out. IBM paid for us to say in the Marriot and we flow out the next day with no delays.

So we are home and after a week, I am back to normal. Well it is still hard to stay wake past ten pm. But all in all it was a good trip. I am glad we were able to go. I may even go again, as long as Micah doesn't have to work all day. ;)

England

I have a few minutes, so I will tell you about my trip. despite what my last blog implied, I did enjoy my trip. England is beautiful, especially the countryside. I must say the first day was a culture shock. The round abouts were a bit crazy. We ended up back at Gatwick Airport three times before we figured out how to get out. hehe I must admit that I cried a bit and wanted desperately to go home that first day. The best moment that day was when we figured out how to use the navigation system in the car. Boy that would have been handy to get out of the airport faster. After that, we never got lost. It was amazing. If you ever go abroad, make sure you have a navigation system in your rental car. Loved it. I miss her voice. hehe Once we get all our pics and videos online, you will be able to hear her in one of them.

As the week went on, I got better. I enjoyed the peace and quiet. Winchester is where we spent the week. Micah worked all day and I hung out at the river walk most of the time. It was nice to see water. ;)

Well, the rest will have to wait. The boys have awaken and are not letting me do anything on the comp any longer. I will post later.

I'm Home

I know you are all sitting at the edge of your computer waiting for my blog to have a new post about my trip, but you will just have to wait a bit longer. ;) Our flight home on Sunday was canceled due to snow, yes snow. So we didn't get home until yesterday and I am still tired. Currently it is 10:51pm London time and I am ready for bed. To bad it is only 2:51pm here and I have to stay awake to take care of my boys. Who, by the way, have grown tons. Well at least it seems that way after not seeing them for a week. Anyway, So once I get caught up and feel awake, I will post some pics and tell you about my trip. So for now, all I have to say is.... I love the USA!!!!

Easter Morning

Easter Egg Run

This is the first year that we have done the whole Easter egg thing with the boys. Our local park did an Easter egg hunt for everyone on Saturday, so we decided to go. We soon decided that is was more of an Easter Egg Run. You see, in AZ there are not many places to hide eggs in the park that will know poke you in some way. So as you can see from the pic, they used caution tape to rope off an area and scattered eggs around for the kids to run and pick up. hehe Funny for the adults but the boys loved it. We led them by the hand to the first egg, and then they would have no part of us. They knew what they were doing and off they went.

Nap Time

So the chaos in my home right now is trying to get my boys to take there nap. Now that they get out the their cribs, they don't think they have to nap any long.
